Job Title: Site ManageriCIMS ID:2019-4001# Positions: 1Hire Type:Full-TimeWork Days:Monday - FridayWork Shift:1 First shiftLocation:MCB BeaufortBeaufort,SCDescriptionOverview:The mission of the Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) is to provide United States Marine Corps (USMC) personnel and authorized customers with exceptional service through facilities from which to efficiently acquire and/or turn in serviceable items of equipment. Services include, but are not limited to: item management, accountability, Total Asset Visibility (TAV), warehousing, inventory management and lifecycle management of equipment (including disposal).Responsibilities:Serve as primary point of contact to the Government Logistics Management Specialists (LMS)/Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and/or Assistant Contracting Officers Representatives (ACOR)Apply program regional and site resources to execute the CSP missionMeet regularly (as determined by the LMS) with the government LMS for task updates based on Marine Operating Forces/CSP PMO mission requirementsExercise full decision-making authority for site CSP activitiesEnsure program quality and a safe working environment. Responsible for all personnel within their physical management area of responsibility, as determined by the Program Manager (PM) and Regional Project Manager (RPM)Shall be the LMS primary contact for personnel issues and requirements fulfillmentDirectly support the RPMs and operate at the sites and interact daily with government supervisors and CSP customersFirst line supervisors specifically in place to manage personnel, perform daily requirements and tasks, and mitigate issues and concerns directly affecting requirementsQualifications:One of the following educations/years of experience combinations:A Bachelors Degree in a relevant area (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Management) with 2 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management6 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain ManagementWritten and oral communications skills, to include public speakingSupervision/management, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriatelyAbility to work collaboratively to achieve objectivesCustomer service experiencePhysical Requirements:Sedentary work -Occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects.
