Client Bill Specialist

Overview of Position

This role will be responsible for monitoring and updating client bill accounts.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • This will include sending out monthly invoices. Inputting data from a source document into a computer system.

  • Verifies entries for accuracy and finalization.

  • Follows up with clients for Aging AR to produce payment resolution

  • Keeps accounts receivable percentages within goal.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 2-4 years of related experience (medical billing, invoicing, accounting and/or general office work)

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Especially MS Excel

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Medical billing

  • Invoicing experience

  • Accounts receivable

  • Ability to work independently and multitask

  • Good written and oral communication

  • Problem solving skills

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

  • Sitting for long periods of time

  • Using of computer
