Job Summary/Purpose : The Supply Chain Value Analysis Coordinator reports to the Sourcing and Contracting Manager. Under limited supervision, the Supply Chain Value Analysis Coordinator maintains and improves patient care through multi-disciplinary teams to identify and lead expense management projects related to products, services, and processes. This role also assists in the selection, evaluation and mentoring, analysis and implementation of cost effective product services and processes.
Minimum Training and Education: High School diploma and eight years of years of relevant work experience; or an associate’s degree from an accredited college/university in healthcare or business related field and five years of relevant work experience; or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in healthcare or business related field and three years of relevant work experience required. Strong knowledge of inventory utilization, cost containment, negotiations and/or supply chain value analysis functions highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS ACCESS and Adobe Acrobat Suite) required.
