Job Summary/Purpose : The Warehouse Operations Manager within the division of Supply Chain Management reports to the Administrator, Supply Chain Management. Under limited supervision, the Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for supervision of daily operations to include inbound, outbound, and inventory control functions within the offsite supply warehouse for MUHA. This role plans, develops, and manages processes within warehouse to support strategic plans and organizational goals.

Minimum Training and Education: A bachelor's degree and two years work experience in a large supply, distribution, and/or warehouse operations; or high school diploma with at least four years of experience, preferably in an Academic Medical Center setting. Training and experience in Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Support Systems as well as Supply Chain Management principles including but not limited to purchasing, receiving, inventory control management, distribution, and analytics is preferred. Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel; possess the ability to learn other department specific software programs. Customer service focus, strong analytical skills are essential.
