This position is in support of the Logistics Integrated Support Solutions-Marine Corps (LI2S-MC) program offices Data Environment and Integration (DEandI) office, specifically supporting the Technical Data Management or Logistics Data Services (LDS) product owners. The LI2S-MC supports the modernization and sustainment of Marine Corps supply and maintenance functions. This is accomplished through the development of a web-based common user interface thatiprovides an integrated and distributed logistics capability enabling leaders to effectively plan, manage, execute, and monitor logistics operations from both a garrison and a forward deployed environment.iThe Senior Logistics Analyst responsibilities will include:Direct, develop, or perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating logistical actions required to support the missionManage areas of the logistics program such as the operations and activities related to procurement, cataloging, publications, maintenance, supply, training, storage, deployment, transportation of materiel, and readinessTrack program planning, budgeting, and management of information systemsTrack major system or product improvement deployments throughout the logistics chain from early notification through final dispositionEvaluate technical logistics support to access the adequacy of plans and supporting actions to assure interface with system objectivesExecute logistics plans to move products and packages to reach destinations on scheduleReview freight rates and other transportation costs and analyzes cost effective alternatives to ensure lowest rate options are identifiedCoordinate and evaluate specific requirements to develop and adjust plans and schedules for actions needed to meet each requirement on timeMaintain quality throughout logistic processesiRequired Qualifications:Active Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in Logistics and/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline4+ years experience leading project teamsExperience with Marine Corps logistics processes and dataSkilled in logistics management, project management and engineering technical management techniques, principles, and practicesExperience developing technical documentationAbility to work independently and within a technical team environment with geographically dispersed team membersExcellent oral and written communication skillsiDesired Qualifications:USMC Logistics and Logistics Applications experienceUSMC Tactical Communications and IT experienceExperience working with the Defense Business Systems Requirements and Acquisition cycleKnowledge and understanding of Defense Risk Management FrameworkSecurity+ certificationLife Cycle Logistics or Supply Chain Management CertificationProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience supporting DoD acquisition programsiQualified candidates may submit their resume to the career section of our company website at All resumes will be reviewed within 5 business days and those candidates we wish to further in the application process will be contacted via email/phone to schedule initial phone screens.
