Client Bill Specialist

Overview of Position

This position is for our client billing department. Candidate is responsible for preparing and sending invoices monthly to our client's labs.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Responsible for making corrections or problem solving issues that arise with the client bill accounts

  • Direct communication with client managers regarding issues client brings to our attention

  • Manually keying charges not received in the interface

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 1+ years revenue cycle related experience

  • High School Diploma or equipment

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Experience with healthcare electronic billing platforms

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability multitask and track multiple clients

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

  • Work from home position. Company equipment provided

  • Sitting for long periods of time

  • Use of the phone
