Your KeyResponsibilities

You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.

Skills and attributesfor success

• Working in project teams through agreed upon phases ofproject governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, riskanalysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client'sproject lifecycle

• Leading team members in developing applicablemethodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership andaccelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology consultingmarket

• Providing broad technical and functional knowledge ofvarious key technology and business platforms

• Teaming with client technology professionals, andthird-party strategic alliances

• Developing long-term relationships and networks bothinternally and externally

• Interacting and communicating effectively withteammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

To qualify for the roleyou must have:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of relatedwork experienceand responsibilities delivering projects in Supply ChainManagement, Logistics domain.

• Lead and responsible forJDA TMS modules with deep functional / domain expertise and hands onexperiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customercommunications and documentations

• Knows the use of Transportation Modeler forModelling Logistics Network

• Experienced in designing solution acrossall modes of Transportation i.e. Truck Load, Less Than Truck Load, Ocean,Air and Parcel

• Led and managed minimum2-3 full lifecycle TMS implementations in large and complex environment

• The person should be ableto lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage project, resources anddeliverables

• Lead and participate in:

• Gather Business requirements

• Analyze and transform toapplication requirements

• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis

• Lead Functional Designapproval process

• Strong interaction withdevelopment team to test and delivery the solution

• Assist customer duringUAT

• Prepare and Review documentations

• Working experience withOnsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred.

• Subject matter in thefollowing Transportation areas:

• Order Management

• Planning

• Execution

• Visibility

• Dock Scheduling &Appointments

• Shipping

• Intelligent Fulfillment

• Fleet Management

• Knowledge of other Leading TransportationSolutions such as Oracle, SAP etc.

• Systems / Data integration experiences

Ideally, you’ll alsohave

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, ComputerEngineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’s degree in one of theseareas preferred

• Certifications and prior consulting experience highlypreferred

• Knowledge on leading Transportation Technologies likeBlock Chain, RPA, AI etc. will be an added plus
