Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, picking, returning raw materials and sending finished products in order to meet the predetermined lead times within the warehouse and to effectively support the proper functioning of the warehouse. The candidate must also have the ability to use measuring and test equipment as required.
Job Responsibilities
Picking/Returning of production orders
Collect goods according to a pick/order list and places it on an assigned cart
Looks after the supply of goods for the machines in the cleanrooms and replenishes the stock of the cleanroom (Kanban)
Takes goods back from production and scans the returned goods with the hand scanner
Labels goods and stores them in the right place
Conduct daily counts in the warehouse
Solve SAP-related problems (production orders not in order /errors with shipments)
Receive raw materials - load/unload trucks according to planning and safety regulations
Processing materials that have been rejected
Handles documentation of deliveries and customer returns
Shipping of finished products
Have the goods ready at their specific location for shipping / dispatch
Support & use of new DBS tools
Minimum Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience in Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving
Ability to lift between 15 to 50 lbs
Ability to operator a forklift or other similar equipment
Knowledge of SAP
