Position Description

  • Safely operate various types of equipment related to movement and transporting of raw and finished products as dictated by customer needs and requirements. - Comply with all Federal, OSHA, EPA, and Company Regulations, Policies and Guidelines. - Perform routine imspections on assigned equipment and report findings in accordance with policy and procedures. - Accurately document information generated in support of operations to include but not limited to; production, maintenance inspection and safely related reports. - Participate in and successfully complete required training and related testing. - Actively participate in and promote safety and envrionmental programs. - Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors, coworkers and customers. - Ensure assigned equipment and facility housekeeping is conducted as required. - Assist with preventative maintenance service repairs as needed, which includes and not limited to pressure washing equipment, chipping, shoveling, and sweeping. - Peform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent is desired but not required. - Must have and maintain a valid drivers license - Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving. - 1-3 years experience operating heavy equipment. - Must be able to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times. - Must be able to take direction and supervision and work cooperatively with other people. - Must be able to lift / carry up to 50 pounds. - Must be able to work in a sitting position (i.e. vehicle cab) for extended periods of time. - Must be available to work all shifts and weekends. - Requires work in all types of weather conditions.
