3D Systems, Inc. Supply Chain Planning Analyst in Rock Hill, South Carolina
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst reports directly to the Sales and Operations Planning Manager. This position will require a supply chain professional able to facilitate and drive results in a demanding environment, leveraging his/her/their strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will be challenged to utilize and improve existing supply chain planning processes with the primary goal to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns and forecast accuracy.
Assist the S&OP planning manager in the execution and improvement of global S&OP processes.
Ensure Oracle planning parameters and forecasts align with S&OP consensus plan.
Assist with weekly forecast review utilizing tools such as Noetix reporting, PowerBI, Statistical Forecasting Tool, and Oracle MRP.
Frequently partner with Production, Sales, and Procurement partners to ensure appropriate finished goods inventory availability to meet business objectives and established metrics.
Perform weekly finished goods backlog review using existing Noetix reporting as well as pipeline tools to address demand and supply gaps.
Assist with daily finished goods Oracle MRP review and place requisition orders as needed based on business intelligence, MRP output, and pipeline needs.
Measure and monitor supply chain metrics including but not limited to: Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Inventory on hand amount.
Be the lead point of contact for Order Management customer ETA requests for finished goods.
Analyze established Quarter to Date sales reporting and create Ad Hoc supply chain reporting as needed.
Collaborate with Business Management, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to ensure that the appropriate information is available and accurate to be reviewed during monthly S&OP meetings.
Be an Oracle subject matter expert for the planning organization while participating in MRP related projects effecting global sales and distribution organizations.
Document and share “best practice” methods, processes and ideas across the business’ supply chain operations to drive continuous improvements in all aspects of business operations.
_Required Qualifications, Education and Training___
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or technical discipline
2 - 5 years supply chain experience
1 - 3 years planning experience
Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
APICS Certification or related Supply Chain certifications highly desired.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Operational knowledge of an Oracle ERP system.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
