DC Operations Associate Quality (Weekend & Night Shifts)
Quality Inspector I
Purpose: This position is an entry-level position that is directly responsible for first piece quality audits within the Distribution department.
Quality Inspectors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all processes, newly received inbound and outbound cartons to customers. Quality Inspector is responsible to ensure that product received is compliant with the Warehouse standards so that product can flow through the warehouse processes with no issues. The Quality Inspector is also responsible for ensuring that product shipped from the Distribution Center meet the compliance guidelines and quality expectations of our customers.
Recording and reporting of any issues regarding labelling, packaging or quality in the Smartsheet database along with quality tools used in the daily operation (inclusive of any value-added service requirements)
Analyze, communicate and recommend solutions for issues that arise during inbound and outbound audits
Observe and report incorrect processes/problems in receiving, packing, vas, seeding, and shipping
Communication - This position will communicate directly with Operations and Quality
5S – This position will be responsible for maintaining 5s standards. Key Relationships:

Must be a team player Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Quality and manufacturing experience preferred.
