Job Description

Spherion is partnering with a well-known local restaurant group in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk for an IMMEDIATE START opportunity. This is a full-time, TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity and offers competitive pay and excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices

  • Post transactions to general ledger

  • Reconcile monthly statements and related transactions

  • Analyze invoice/expense reports and record entries

  • Other tasks as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to organize and prioritize according to deadlines

  • Detail oriented

Education:

High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of related experience

  • Proficiency with commonly used accounting software (MAS100 a plus)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or higher a plus
